UAE Mystery Shopper 2.9

The UAE Mystery Shopper application is available in eight languages: Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi, Spanish, Chinese, French, and Russian. This multilingual feature is designed to accommodate customers of diverse nationalities in the United Arab Emirates.

Users of this application have the opportunity to assess their overall service center experience and provide ratings on various aspects such as location, parking availability, reception quality, waiting time, process clarity, service completion time, service fees, payment methods, and employee attitudes.

Customers can conveniently share their feedback on the innovative platform either during or after their visit to the service center. The comments section allows users to elaborate on their experiences, offering valuable insights that assist government entities in identifying both strengths and areas for improvement.

Created by the Emirates Government Services Excellence Program (EGSEP), this app was recently launched by Sheikh Mohammed. Its primary goal is to empower customers, prioritize customer feedback, gauge satisfaction levels, and ultimately enhance citizen welfare.
